A new exhibition has opened at Queen Mary's Hospital Museum.
The exhibition, 'A Very Special Hospital 1960-1998', is a continuation of the 'Repairing the Ravages of War 1915-1960' and covers the hospital's period as a District General Hospital.
Among guests at the opening were 70 patients, past and present, Di Caulfield-Stoker, from Community Services Wandsworth, Mayor of Wandsworth Adrian Knowles and the leader of the Council Ravi Govindia.
Gordon Jones, chairman of the Queen Mary’s Hospital archive and museum group, said: "The Archive & Museum Group’s mission is to maintain awareness of the hospital’s distinguished reputation past and present
"More than 20 volunteer members of the group have been involved and we are very pleased with the result."
