A Cheam councillor has expressed her disgust at recent fly tipping in Nonsuch Park.
Councillor Mary Burstow said: "People who do this are just lazy and dumping the cost of waste disposal, onto the taxpayer.
"The park gates are closed over night, so this must be happening when the park is open to the public."
She urged anyone who sees someone acting suspiciously to call the police on 101.
