Former Miss Great Britain, Sophie Gradon, who wore the crown in 2009, is part of the new crop of contestants heading to Love Island.
The 30-year-old, from Newcastle, is now a marketing manager.
She famously used to date rugby player Danny Cipriani and wasn’t shy to speak about him ahead of making her way to the island.
She said: “Suddenly I was in the papers being called a ‘Kelly Brook lookalike’, which is nice, as she’s stunning!
“My relationship with Danny was intense. I fell in absolute lust with him. He bowled me over with charm. He’s a very special man. You fall completely in love with him, and I did.”
The pair dated in 2013 for a while and reports allege she called it quits because he was “too boring”.
She also revealed her party trick is that she can “drink a lot”, adding: “I’m a Geordie. I wish I could do the splits or get my leg over my head but no, my party trick is just doing shots.”
She said her ideal guy would be charismatic but have a bit of a geeky side.
“I like an intellectual person with a lot of depth and substance. Tall, dark and handsome is a must,” she said.
Gentlemen, form an orderly queue…
