Edinburgh Festival favourites Idiots of Ants kick off Croydon Clocktower's summer season with their unique sketch show comedy next Wednesday.

Andrew Spiers, James Wrighton, Elliott Tiney and Benjamin Wilson have sold out three Edinburgh shows and have a staggeringly large internet following with sketches 'Facebook in real life' and 'Wii Breakfast' two of most viewed comedy sketches of all time on YouTube.

Prepare to witness the most bizarre revelation of World War Two, the origins of Tom and Jerry’s epic battle and the launch of the new Idiots of Ants computer game ‘Urban Sword Fighter 3’.

Also at Croydon Clocktower in the coming months you can see Pilot Theatre Company's latest show, Catcher (June 9 to 11), about Mark Chapman’s final night of anonymity before he shot John Lennon, as well as Canadian band You Say Party! We Say Die! (May 28) bringing their own renaissance of 80s music.

Poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy has her poems adapted for the stage in The World's Wife (July 1), while 2009 double BBC Radio folk award winner Chris Wood teams up with Sean Taylor (June 25).
