When I bought this property, it was all about location. The flat is just around the corner from Belmont village and within walking distance of Cheam village and Sutton town centre, which have an array of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a cinema multiplex. Having a little one, it was perfect having Overton Park and also outstanding schools like The Avenue primary school just a short walk away. The Belmont Heights Development is also so quiet and the neighbours have been so friendly and respectful. In addition it takes just 5 minutes to walk to the train station and 6 minutes to the bus stop.
