Having lived here for over 35 years it's obvious we have been very happy here. The location is amazing and we have loved living opposite the tennis courts and being so close to Cheam Village. We have done a lot of work and maintenance to the house over the years but all of which someone may well change again to suit their taste. The best thing we did was extend over the garage. This gave us a very large fourth bedroom making the house the perfect place to stay put. We love the garden but now need a smaller one and in fact, we need less space inside too!
