Come and join Chrissie and her supportive runners and get up to 5k

Everyone goes at their own pace, and there’s no such thing as being too slow

Chrissie will teach you how to progress at a pace that works for you, about nutrition for your running, and a raft of mind tricks to help, so you can become like many others who now firmly have “the running bug” thanks to Chrissie

Chrissie started Walk to Run after she was in an accident, where her hip broke and she couldn’t walk for 3 months. As she relearned to walk, and then restart running again, others asked her to show them how.
She also coaches more experienced runners online
