Appeal against refusal of a planning permission for Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site by the erection of a four to eight storey development with basement parking, comprising 151 residential units (63, one bedroom; 80, two bedroom and 8 three bedroom) together with the construction of an estate road and ancillary car and cycle parking and the landscaping of the east part of the site to form open space accessible to the public
The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for 8 days, and will start at 10am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend to decide the appeal. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector's decision will be published on the planning portal website.
Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector's discretion give their views on the development. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2019 ST CHRISTOPHER'S HOSPICE FUN WALK KESTON VILLAGE AND VICINITY SUNDAY 19th MAY 2019 NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to enable the holding of the St Christopher's Hospice Fun Walk on Sunday 19th May 2019 between 8am and 6pm THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions:
(i) The following roads will be closed to through traffic:-

a. Commonside for its entire length

b. Fishponds Road for its entire length

(ii) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait in the following roads:-

Heathfield Road between Baston Road and Westerham Road
Baston Road between Heathfield Road and Croydon Road
West Common Road between Heathfield Road and Croydon Road
Baston Manor Road between West Common Road and Croydon Road
Westerham Road, the west side between Fishponds Road and Croydon
Road
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
THE Order will come into effect at 8am on Sunday 19th May 2019 and will end at 6pm.
NOTHING in this order shall prevent pedestrian access at any time to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the order relates, or to any other premises which are accessible from such a road.
ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Emergency access and ingress will be maintained at all times.
