Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: 19/00271/FUL Former Store 21, 44 High Street, Epsom
Change of use of upper floors above shop from ancillary use plus one dwelling to five dwellings including new rear external staircase.
19/00275/FLH 14 Middle Lane, Epsom, Surrey
Demoloition of existing single storey side extension/ lean to and erection of proposed enlarged single storey side and rear extension.

Replacement of front elevation windows.
