build 2 detached, 3 bedroom dwellings on a new plot at the end of the existing gardens of no's 131,133 and 135 Nightingale Road and a bin store to the rear of 125 Nightingale Road. Access to be provided via existing vehicular track adjacent to 125 Nightingale Road. Development to include private amenity space including 4 covered and secure cycle spaces and 2 off street parking spaces.
