Notice under section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 and section 233 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 of the proposed appropriation for planning purposes of 13 sites as detailed below:

In accordance with the above Act the London Borough of Croydon hereby gives notice that It Intends to appropriate for planning purposes and thereafter dispose of the following land to allow residential (both private and affordable) and ancillary community space development:

? Garages and land south of numbers 27-32 Avenue Gardens, Warminster Road, SE25 4EB

? Garage Block and Forecourt South of Tirrell Road, Croydon, CRO 2XD

? Car Park at Lion Green Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NL

? Coulsdon Community Centre and land north of Barrie Close, CR5 3BE

? Former CALAT Centre 41 Malcolm Road, CR5 2DB

? Garages and land north of 4b/4c Avenue Road SE25 4EA

? Garage Block and Forecourt at Ashby Walk, Croydon, CRO 2Q ■ Garage Block and Forecourt Between 145 And 147,

Windmill Road, Croydon, CRO 2QU

? Land Adjacent To Belgrave Road and Grosvenor Road, South Norwood

? Sanderstead Road car park, CRO OLY

? Land Adjacent To Coombe Road and Edridge Road, Croydon Land North and South of Shrublands Avenue CRO 8JD

? Surface level car park adjacent to Wandle Road, Croydon CRO 1DX

If you have any comments or object to the proposed appropriation and/ or disposal of the above land, these should be made in writing or email by 17th August 2018 to Stephen Wingrave, Head of Asset Management and Estates, London Borough of Croydon, 7th Floor, Zone D, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA; Any comments/objections to the proposed appropriation and/or proposed disposal of the Land will be considered by the Council.

Plans of the Land may be inspected at the London Borough of Croydon, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CRO 1 EA from 9.30am - 4pm.
