Redraw Homes London has appealed to the Secretary of State against the London Borough of Sutton's refusal of planning permission C2016/74653:
"Variation of condition 29 (approved drawings) and 6 (Hood risk assessment) of planning permission C2016/74653 to allow for amendment for Phase 2 layout, elevation design, incorporation of private amenity space, one of locations to refuse storage, alterations to road design and layout, dwelling mix (from 9x1 bed and 17x2 bed flats plus 26x3 bed and 21 x 4 bed houses (73 units in total) to 16x1 bed and 12x2 bed flats plus 45 x 3 bed houses (73 units in total), revisions to Phase 2 parking layout and provision together with revised hard and soft landscaping an updated Flood Risk Assessment"
