Notice is hereby given that Ice House Limited has applied to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Ice House, 13 Hill Rise, Richmond, TW10 6UQ, The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include live music and recorded music) Sunday to Wednesday I (MX) to 00:30 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 0100 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 0100 the following morning- The sale of alcohol Sunday to Wednesday I Oft) to midnight and Thursday to Saturday I Oft) to 01:30 the following morning The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Wednesday I Oft) to 00:30 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday I Oft) to 01ft) the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, 2nd Boor, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, TwkkenhanJWI 3BZ, no later than 28 February 2018 stating the grounds for objection. The register of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.richmond.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
