Notice of an application for the Grant of a Premises Licence The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that we Everyman Media Li mited have appli ed to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Ever/man Cinema, Milburngate House, Durham, County Durham, DHI 5TQ. For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:-Regulated entertainment (to include
plays, films, live music, recorded music,
performances of dance, and anything of a similar description) Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to midnight and Friday & Saturday 08:00 to 01:00 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23*00 to midnight and Friday & Saturday
23:00 to 0I:00 the following morning.
The sale of alcohol Monday to Thursday II:00 to midnight, Friday & Saturday II:00 to 0I:00 the following
morning and Sunday 12:00 to midnight. The opening hours of the premises will
be Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Friday & Saturday 08:00 to 0I:30 the following
morning. Licensable activities and
opening hours will be extended by one
additional hour on all bank holidays
including Good Friday and Easter
Monday and on all days prior to bank
holidays. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH78RS
by appointment on weekdays between
9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representa-
tions about this application must be
made in writing by the I February 2018
