NOTICE

THE SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL BAHRAM ROAD (D2026), EPSOM TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2017

SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL PROPOSE TO MAKE the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Bahram Road (D2026), Epsom. The Order is required to enable Aand LChapman Ltd.tomake anew foul sewer connection. These works areanticipated to be carried out within one week of the twelve month period of operation of the Temporary Order,which commences on 20th November 2017. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary

closurewhich is anticipated will be required for 24 hours each day,will only operate when the relevant traffic signs aredisplayed. Access for pedestrians, cyclists and

equestrians will be maintained at alltimes; cyclists and equestrians will be required to

dismount and follow the pedestrian walk way.Nosole access will be affected however access will be maintained at alltimes for residences, businesses and emergency

services via the signed diversion route which will be Harvester Road, Nimbus Road and

Barham Road.

STONELEIGH BROADWAY (D2050), STONELEIGH TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2017

ON 25TH OCTOBER 2017 SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL MADE the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect

of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of

Stoneleigh Broadway (D2050), Stoneleigh that extends from its junction with Kenilworth Road (D2238) to its junction with Dell Road (D2113). This Temporary Traffic Order is requiredtoenable SurreyCounty Counciltocarryout surfacerepairs and/or maintenance/resurfacingworks. These works areanticipated to be carried out at night,

as soon as possible within the eighteen month period of operation of this Temporary

Traffic Order that commences on 1st November 2017. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closurewill only operate when the relevant traffic signs are

displayed. Access for pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times; cyclists and equestrians will be required to dismount and follow the pedestrian footway.Itwill not be possible to maintain any vehicular access through this temporary closurehowever access for emergency vehicles, local residences and businesses will be maintained at alltimes via the signed diversion route which will be Dell Road, Briarwood Road and Kenilworth Road. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway

during these works will be removed to asuitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle's owner.
