LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH No. 599) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above order was made on 3rd October 2017. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from Montpelier Road to Kingsdown Avenue and create an alternative footpath instead on Montpelier Road to Kingsdown Avenue to improve the public footpath as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, Surrey, CRO 1EA from 9am to 4pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £2.50

Any representation about or objection to the order may

be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Director of Streets, London Borough of Croydon not later than 1 st November 2017. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representation or objections are duly made, or if

any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Croydon may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TYLECROFT ROAD, NORBURY TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas works being carried out, they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular parking in Tylecroft Road, Norbury.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced 'At any time' outside and opposite nos.4 to 10 Tylecroft Road, Norbury.



3. The Order will come into operation on 09 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 13 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.



4. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
