Take notice that application is being made to Durham County Council by Artichoke Trust, Miss Fiona Darling, for planning permission. Proposed development is a permanent sculpture of a heron located on an unregistered sandbank. The sculpture will be premiered as part of ‘Lumiere Durham’ Light Festival 16 – 19 November 2017.
