Epsom and Ewell Borough Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
17/00568/FLH 42 Wyeths Road, Epsom, Surrey Erection of loft conversion with two front roof lights and a rear dormer window
17/00601/FLH 21 Ladbroke Road, Epsom, Surrey Demolition of single storey extension to the rear of the property and construction of new two storey replacement extension.
17/00620/LBA The Hub, 126 High Street, Epsom Removal of internally illuminated signage on West Street frontage and provision of externally illuminated timber fascia sign with stand off individual white acrylic letters on High Street elevation.
17/00625/LBA 3 Adelphl Road, Epsom, Surrey Replacement of existing rear French windows and sidelights on a like-dfor-like basis in hardwood frames and double glazed.
17/00547/REM Ashley House, Ashley Road, Epsom Variation of Condition 3 (Plans) of 15/01532/FUL (Conversion and extension of existing office building to provide 8x2 bed and 4x1 bed residential flats together with revised parking layout and external amenity space) to amend northern side annexe.
17/00548/LBA Ashley House, Ashley Road, Epsom Listed Building Consent for amendments to northern side annexe previously approved under 15/01533/LBA (Conversion and extension of existing office building with additional floor of accommodation above southern wing and erection of new single storey extension on northern elevation to provide 8x2 bed and 4x1 bed residential flats together with revised parking layout and external amenity space).
