Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

17/00022/FUL 35A Upper High Street, Epsom, Surrey Conversion of existing two-bedroom apartment on first and second floors of building to 2 no. self-contained one-bedroom apartments.
17/00265/LBA 62 South Street, Epsom, Surrey  Proposed installation of gas central heating to a Grade II listed building.
17/00559/LBA 59 Church Street, Epsom, Surrey Re-render south east elevation and a single brick pillar on south west
comer, replacement drainage (including through wall outlets from parapet gutter) re-painting of main front door. 17/00570/FLH 14 The Headway, Ewell, Surrey first floor rear extension and enlargement of the existing front
entrance porch.
