NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
FULL PLANNING APPLICATION FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT BEECH TREE PLACE, SUTTON, SM1 1SF

In accordance with Article 13 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 we give notice the London Borough of Sutton (as the Applicant) is applying to the London Borough of Sutton (as Local Planning Authority) for Planning Permission for the following description of development: "Demolition of existing buildings and structures and proposed redevelopment for: 92 residential units in a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bed units and ancillary residential facilities (Class C3); new pedestrian and vehicular accesses; associated amenity space; car and cycle parking; refuse storage, servicing area, and other associated infrastructure to include highways, landscaping and public realm works incidental to the proposed development" Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the London Borough of Sutton at the following address within 21 days of the date of this notice: London Borough of Sutton Civic Offices, St. Nicholas Way Sutton SM1 1EA Signed: Savills (UK) Ltd On behalf of: London Borough of Sutton Date: 25 November 2021 Statement of owners' rights The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. * "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not than 7 years. ** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
