For planning permission to: The proposal is For building residential houses at the above-mentioned site owned by the applicant. Access is through a shared pathway to which the applicant has a right of way. As part of the application, the applicant is proposing to improve access and security of the overgrown and disused access pathway off Camborne Road leading to the site.
