Tennyson Terrace, Crook) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2021
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 510 metres of Tennyson Terrace between its junctions with Milton Avenue and Acacia Gardens, Crook to enable carriageway resurfacing works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the eastern side of the closure from Tennyson Terrace east on B6298 then southerly to A690 Commercial Street then westerly on A689 West Road, turning north on Pinetree, Sycamore, Laurel, Cedar and Acacia Gardens and turning west to the western side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 10/11/21 from 9am to 3pm daily and are anticipated to be completed in 4 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
