(Maypole Road, Heybridge/Great Totham) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Restriction) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction in that length of Maypole Road, Heybridge/Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Langford Road/Holloway Road for a distance of approximately 335m in a northerly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2021 for 548 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005623 - Countryside Properties. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce for construction access on behalf of Countryside Properties. The Order will come into effect on 21 st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burnham Road, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnham Road, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 50m south east of its {unction with Maldon Road to its junction with Rectory Lane a distance of approximately 1090m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS000990131 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Chelmsford Road, Maldon Road.Wycke Hill, Limebrook Roundabout, Wycke Hill Business Park, Limebrook Way, Fambridge Road, Barons Lane, Pump Lane and vice versa with access to Marlpits Road via Goat House Lane.
The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kelvedon Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kelvedon Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 105m north of the junction with Waldon House Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS268388A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Tiptree Road, The Street, Maypole Road, Kelvedon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Maldon Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maldon Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 75m south west of its junction with Beckingham Road for a distance of approximately 950m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS83656 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Goldhanger Road, Maldon Road, Goldhanger Road, Colchester Road, Broad Street Green Road, Maldon Road, Colchester Road, Maldon Road, Church Road, Factory Hill, D'arcy Road, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, South Street, Church Street, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Lane, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 500m south of its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 225m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC7GDK5H001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Lane, Burnham Road, Burnham Road -B1018, Main Road, Summerhill, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Southminster Road, Burnham On Crouch) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Restriction) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of Southminster Road, Burnham on Crouch, in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Beauchamps for a distance of approximately 215m in a northerly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZY028TRI/X607/004 - E S Pipelines Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by E S Pipelines Ltd.
The Order came into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
