DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - SCHEDULE 217
The Croydon (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping, Loading and Waiting) and (Free Parking Places) (No.10) Order 2021 The Croydon (On-Street Charged-For Parking Places) (No.10) Order 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 31 August 2021 made the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders will be to:
a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No.31 Burword Avenue, Kenley, No.9 Enmore Avenue, South Norwood, No.18 Fairlands Avenue, Thornton Heath, No.6 Goston Gardens, Thornton Heath, No.6 Goldwell Road, Thornton Heath, No.19 Leander Road, Thornton Heath, No.77 Lyndhurst Road, Thornton Heath, No. 53 Malvern Road, Thornton Heath, 'Motcombe' Manchester Road, Thornton Heath, Adjacent to No.28 Bishops Road in Roche Road, Norbury, No.38 Sangley Road, South Norwood, No.135 Uvedale Crescent, New Addington

b) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following locations.

Curzon Road, Thornton Heath Outside No.13
Dominion Road, Croydon Outside No.40 and partially across No.38
Goldwell Road, Thornton Heath Outside No.8
Goldwell Road, Thornton Heath Outside No.33 (extending the disabled bay)
Goldwell Road, Thornton Heath Outside No.35
Green Lane, Thornton Heath Opposite No.70 (4 wheels up on the footpath)
Kitchener Road, Thornton Heath Outside No.24 and partially across No.26
Limes Road, Croydon Outside No.36 and partially across No.38 (conversion of a shared use bay to a disabled bay)
Lakehall Road, Thornton Heath Outside No.13 and partially across No.11 (conversion of a shared use bay to a disabled bay)
Laurel Crescent, Croydon  Outside No.31_
Macclesfield Road, South Norwood Outside No.58 and partially across No.56

c) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.

2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 27 September 2021, and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the "Access Croydon'' Facility, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

3. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application For the purpose to the High Court.

PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN CROYDON
The Croydon (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping, Loading and Waiting) and (Free Parking Places) (No. 10) Order 2021 The Croydon (On-Street Charged-For Parking Places) (No.10) Order 2021
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 31 August 2021 made the above Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be:

a) To introduce "at any time" double yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

b) To introduce waiting and loading restrictions operating 7am to midnight on football match days in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

c) To update the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new arrangements as they exist on site.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 06 September 2021, and of all associated Orders can be inspected by appointment from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the "Access Croydon" Facility, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA.

4. Alternatively, copies of the Orders can be requested via email or post from the Parking Design Team. Email: parking.design@croydon.gov.uk. Postal address: Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.

5. Annsworthy Avenue, Thornton Heath

Both sides, from its junction with Grange Park Road south-eastwards for a distance of 5 metres.
Ballards Rise, South Croydon
Both sides, the entire length.
Grange Park Road, Thornton Heath
The south-east side, either side of its junction with Annsworthy Avenue for a distance of 5 metres.
Hampton Road, Croydon
- The north-east side, between its junction with Whitehorse Road and the south-eastern boundary of No. 2 Hampton Road.
- The south-east side, between the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Hampton Road and the north-western flank wall of No.11 Hampton Road.
Hawthorn Crescent, South Croydon
The north-westernmost junction with Old Farleigh Road (adjacent to No.1 Hawthorn Crescent)
- Both sides, from its junction with Old Farleigh Road north-eastwards for a distance of 9 metres.
The south-easternmost junction with Old Farleigh Road (adjacent to No. 20 Hawthorn Crescent)
- The north-west side, from its junction with Old Farleigh Road north­eastwards for a distance of 5 metres.
- The south-east side, from its junction with Old Farleigh Road north­eastwards for a distance of 3.5 metres.
Highfield Road, Purley
The north side, either side of its junction with Hillcrest Road for a distance of 10 metres.
Hillcrest Road, Purley
Both sides, from its junction with Highfield Road northwards for a distance of 10 metres.
Hogarth Crescent, Croydon
- The north-east side, from a point 4.25 metres south-east of the north­western flank wall of No. 1 Hogarth Crescent, north-westwards for a distance of 21 metres.
- The north-west side, from the south-western end of the existing bus stop south-westwards for a distance of 23.8 metres.
Keeley Road, Croydon
The north-east and south-east sides, from the common boundary of Unit Nos. 37 and 38 Centrale, Keeley Road to a point 3.44 metres south-east of the common boundary of Unit Nos. 40 and 41 Centrale, Keeley Road.

SCHEDULE 1

(Introducing double yellow line waiting restrictions "at any time")
Little Roke Road, Kenley

The south-west side, from a point 10 metres south-east of a point opposite the south-eastern boundary of No. 39 Little Roke Road south-eastwards for a distance of 6 metres.
Meadow Hill, Purley
The south-east side, extending the existing double yellow lines at its junction with Smitham Bottom Lane south-westwards for a distance of 5 metres.
Old Farleigh Road, South Croydon
Either side of both its junctions with Hawthorn Crescent for a distance of 10 metres.
Selcroft Road, Purley
Both sides, from its junction with Warren Road south-westwards for a distance of 10 metres.
Shamrock Road, Croydon
- Both sides, from the end of the existing red route markings at the junction with Thornton Road for a distance of 5 metres north­westwards.
- The south-west side, from a point 4 metres south-east of a point opposite the north-western boundary of No. 162 Thornton Road for a distance of 10 metres north-westwards.
Warren Road, Purley
The south-west side, either side of its junction with Selcroft Road for a distance of 10 metres.

SCHEDULE 2

(Introducing single yellow line waiting and loading restrictions operating on football match days from 7am to Midnight)
Clifton Road, Selhurst
The north-east side between its junctions with Holmesdale Road and Selhurst Road (existing double yellow lines at corners will remain in place).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BIRDHURST ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new water connection works by Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic Birdhurst Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Birdhurst Road will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 24 and 26 and Nos. 38/40 and 42 Birdhurst Road.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Birdhurst Road and Birdhurst Rise, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 06 September 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
HANDCROFT ROAD & BISHOP'S ROAD, CROYDON
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas utility works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Handcraft Road and Bishop's Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Handcraft Road will be closed between its junction with Sumner Road and the northern boundary of No. 167 Handcraft Road;

b) Parking bays in Bishop's Road will be suspended;

c) One-way working in Bishop's Road will be suspended and two-way traffic will apply.

3. Whilst the closure is in operation traffic will be diverted via Sumner Road, Longley Road and Bishop's Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 25 October 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately seven days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WARMINSTER ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a gas main connection they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Warminster Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of Warminster Road from a point opposite the north-eastern flank wall of Nos. 1 and 2, Minster Court, Warminster Road for a distance of 30 metres north-eastwards.

3. The Order will come into operation on 06 September 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 15 September 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
