NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 26 July 2021, made the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders will be to:
(a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No. 43 Carmichael Road, South Norwood, No. 15 Cranbrook Road, Thornton Heath, No. 30 Ederline Avenue, Norbury, No. 36 Granville Close, Croydon, No. 68 Lucerne Road, Thornton Heath, No. 123 Northway Road, Croydon, No. 70 Rymer Road, Croydon, No. 26 Saxon Road, South Norwood, Nos. 113 and 115 Tedder Road, South Croydon and No. 5 Westbourne Road, Croydon.

(b) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following locations.

(c) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.

2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 02 August 2021, and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, by appointment at the "Access Croydon" Facility, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

3. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(c) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Orders relate, can be inspected between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA. 4. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984 SECTION 14. AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ABERDEEN ROAD. CROYDON

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Aberdeen Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Aberdeen Road will be closed north-eastbound (from South End towards St. Peter's Road) between its junction with South End and No. 3 Aberdeen Road.

3. During the works the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via South End, Selsdon Road and St Peter's Road, or via South End, High Street, Fell Road, Park Lane and St Peter's Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on the 02 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately 12 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) A vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CONVENT HILL. UPPER NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main installation works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Convent Hill, Upper Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Convent Hill will be closed at its junction with Beulah Hill.

3. Whilst the restriction is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Ryefield Road, Hermitage Road and Beulah Hill, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 02 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 06 August 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

SUNDRIDGE PLACE. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a cable for a new connection on behalf of UKPN they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic in Sundridge Place.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Sundridge Place will be closed outside Nos. 2 to 4.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Sundridge Road, Lower Addiscombe Road, Inglis Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 02 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ESTCOURT ROAD & SOUTHCOTE ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to locate and raise a buried manhole, on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Estcourt Road and Southcote Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking in Estcourt Road and Southcote Road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of the road in the following locations:-

(a) in Estcourt Road, between the common boundaries of Nos. 78 ad 80 and Nos. 94 and 96 Estcourt Road;

(b) in Southcote Road between its junction with Estcourt Road and the north-western boundary of No. 81 Estcourt Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 16 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 20 August 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer;

(c) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

POPLAR WALK. CROYDON
TEMPORARY RELOCATION OF TAXI RANK & REMOVAL OF LOADING BAY

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate safe access and egress to a new development site at Queens Hall Car Park, Poplar Walk, Croydon, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily relocate a taxi rank and remove a loading bay in Poplar Walk.

2. Whilst the said development works are taking place:-

(a) The taxi rank on the north-west side of Poplar Walk to the north-east of the former entrance to Queens Hall Car Park will be relocated to the site of the existing loading bay outside St Michael's Court, No. 5 Poplar Walk;

(b) The loading bay currently sited outside St Michael's Court, No. 5 Poplar Walk will be removed to accommodate the taxi rank, as above.

3. The Order will come into operation on 03 September 2021 and will remain in force until the development works are completed.

4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
