LICENSUNG ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE FOR FLAMES. 92 HIGH STREET. CROYDON CRO 1ND

I, QASEEM AZEMI have applied to London Borough of Croydon for a Premises licence for Flames 92 High Street, Croydon CRO 1ND so that the following licensable activity may be provided: Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sundays 2300 hrs to 0400 hrs. London Borough of Croydon's Licensing Register is kept at the Licensing Team, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1EA (open 9am to 3.45pm Monday to Friday except bank holidays), or online via

www.croydon.gov.uk

where the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than later than 30th July, 2021. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention or crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the Applicant. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
