LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON
ROMAN WAY SUBWAY PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION (NO1) ORDER 2020 PUBLIC FOOTPATH 940

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON hereby gives notice of an Order made without modification under legislation: section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, to divert footpath 940 which runs from Church Street, Croydon and on to Howley Road and across Roman Way to St John's Road. The section of the footpath which links to St John's Road is routed via the subway under Roman Way and associated steps and ramps as shown on the Order plan drawing number P-767-001SK-001 Rev A.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT ORDER PLANS are
available for inspection at all reasonable hours at the Council's Access Croydon Reception Desk, Ground Floor, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1EA in the six weeks commencing Thursday 27 May 2021 or may be obtained free of charge, on request to London Borough of Croydon (quoting reference P-767-001 SK-001 Rev A) at the above address.
ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made have not been complied with, may within six weeks of Thursday 27 May 2021, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included therein. In submitting an objection it should be noted that your personal data and correspondence will be passed to the applicant to enable your objection to be considered. If you do not want your personal data to be forwarded, please state your reasons when submitting your objection.

DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - SCHEDULE 215a

The Croydon (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping, Loading and Waiting) and (Free Parking Places) (Amendment No. V12) Order 20-The Croydon (On-Street Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.V13) Order 20-
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders would be:

a) To designate a new parking place at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following location.
Wharncliffe Gardens, South Outside No. 52 Norwood

b) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.

2. A copy of the proposed Orders and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Orders relate, can be inspected by appointment between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA. Further information and copies of the proposed Order and plans may be obtained by email from the Parking Design Team (email address below).

3. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the, Parking Design Team, Place Department, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA or by emailing

CROYDON COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS OLDEN LANE. PURLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate connection works on behalf of UKPN they have made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements and parking in Olden Lane, Purley.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Olden Lane will be closed between the common boundary of Nos. 2 and 4 Olden Lane and the south-eastern boundary of No. 10 Olden Lane;

b) Parking will be suspended and waiting restrictions will apply at any time on both sides of the road between the north-western boundary of No. 2 Olden Lane and the south-eastern boundary of No. 10 Olden Lane.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Dale Road, Godstone Road, Foxley Hill Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 07 June 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984 SECTION 14. AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC VARIOUS LOCATIONS

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install electric vehicle parking bays and charging points they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking and pedestrian traffic in the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in the sections of road listed in column 2 of the Schedule to this Notice;

b) Footway closures will apply in the sections of footway listed in column 3 of the Schedule to this Notice and pedestrians will be directed into a walkway in the carriageway.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 21 June 2021 and remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

FOUNTAIN ROAD. THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer and surface water connections, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular parking in Fountain Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, all parking bays in Fountain Road will be temporarily suspended to facilitate the sewer and surface water connection works.

3. The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
