Notice Under Article 13 Of Application for Planning Permission - This notice is for publication in a local newspaper, if Certificate C or D is completed.
Proposed development at Development Land North Side & Adjoining 1-12 Bishops Place, Sutton SM1 4PH
I give notice that an application is being made by Gelbray Capital Projects Ltd For full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings onsite and erection of a three storey terrace comprising a mixture of dwellings and self-contained flats totalling 10 units, including the provision of car parking and cycle parking, refuse storage and private amenity space.
The application has been submitted to London Borough of Sutton Council as the Local Planning Authority. The Local Planning Authority's address is Sutton Central Library, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA
Any owner" of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
'"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver), ""tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
