1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton, on 16 December 2020, made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of Part IV of the Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers, so as to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the Merton (Prescribed Route) (Frinton Road and Gunton Road) Experimental Traffic Order 2019 and the Merton (Prescribed Route) (Commonside East, Esher Road and Hallowell Close) Experimental Traffic Order 2019.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all motorised vehicles from entering the roads listed in the Schedule to this notice, during the corresponding periods specified, with an exemption for those authorised vehicles which are specified on a white list for each road, held and maintained by the Council.

3. A copy of each of the Orders, which will come into force on 29 December 2020, the Experimental Orders of 2019 and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans specifying the roads affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

CONVERSION OF PARKING PLACE TO WAITING RESTRICTION IN RIDGWAY PLACE
THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES! (WD (AMENDMENT NO. 61 ORDER 2020
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 16 December 2020, made the above-mentioned Order under the powers conferred by sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to convert the existing parking place in Ridgway Place, the north-east side, outside No. 18 Ridgway Place to single yellow line waiting restriction operating Mondays to Saturdays between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm to facilitate a proposed vehicle crossover.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 29 December 2020, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the road or lengths of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during the Council's normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at: Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden or on-line at

(UNIVERSITY ROAD. COLLIERS WOOD1 (NO. 21
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFICl ORDER 2020
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton, hereby give notice that to facilitate a new water connection and associated works in High Street, Colliers Wood, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in University Road.

2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-

(a) enter or proceed in University Road, from its junction with High Street, Colliers Wood, north-westward for a distance of 20 metres; or

(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading a vehicle, in the length of University Road specified in paragraph 2(a) above.

3. Any designated parking place, situated in the length of University Road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above will be suspended for the duration of the works in that road or that length of road.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited road or length of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference.

6. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed by way of Denison Road, College Road and High Street, Colliers Wood or vice-versa.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

8. The Order will come into force on Monday 11th January 2021 and it is expected that the works will be completed on Tuesday 12th January 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for a period of 6 months should further works be required.

(FLORENCE AVENUE. LILLESHALL ROAD AND THE DRIVE). MORDEN)
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFICl ORDER 2020
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice, that to facilitate gas main replacement works in Florence Avenue, Morden, at its junction with Lilleshall Road and The Drive, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said roads.
2. During the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-

(a) enter or proceed in:-

(i) Florence Avenue, from its junction with The Drive to a point 25 metres west of the said junction;

(ii) The Drive, the northbound lane on its west side, from its junction with Lilleshall Road northward to a point 15 metres north of its junction with Florence Avenue;

(iii) Lilleshall Road, the northbound lane on its west side, from its junction with The Drive southward to a point 25 metres south of its junction with Florence Avenue;

(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the roads or lengths of road specified in paragraph 2(a)(i) to (iii) above.

3. The restrictions will apply only during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

4. Any vehicle in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and the Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. During the works, vehicular traffic affected by the closure of Florence Avenue should proceed via The Drive, Leonard Avenue or Victory Avenue and Ravensbury Avenue or vice-versa. Two-way traffic will be maintained in The Drive and Lilleshall Road using two-way traffic lights.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or

(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited roads or lengths of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

7. The Order will come into force on Monday 4th January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 28th February 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 12 months should further works be required.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton, hereby give notice that to facilitate gas mains replacement and associated works in Denmark Avenue and Thornton Hill, Wimbledon, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said roads.

2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-

(a) enter or proceed in:-

(i) Denmark Avenue, from its junction with Worple Road north­westward for a distance of 100 metres; or

(ii) Thornton Hill, from its junction with Worple Road north-westward for a distance of 100 metres; or

(iii) Thornton Hill, from a point 100 metres north-west of its junction with Worple Road north-westward for a distance of 100 metres;

(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the lengths of Denmark Avenue and Thornton Hill specified in sub­paragraph 2(a) above.

3. Any designated parking place, situated in the lengths of Denmark Avenue and Thornton Hill specified in sub-paragraph 2(a)(i) to (iii) above will be suspended for the duration of the works in those roads or lengths of road.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 16 December 2020, made the above-named Orders under the powers conferred by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to reduce the length of the parking place outside No. 90 Vernon Avenue by 2.2 metres to facilitate the introduction of no waiting 'at any time' restrictions (double yellow lines) and improve the turning head at the cul-de-sac end of Vernon Avenue.

3. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 29 December 2020, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan specifying the road or lengths of road affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.
