Notice is hereby given that Lidl Great Britain Limited has applied to the London Borough ol Merton for a Variation to to the premises licence for Lidl, 23 Streatham Road, Mitcham, CH4 2AQ This variation application is to amend the licence and remove the relevant conditions (21 and 24 and the condition imposed at the hearing on 19th December 2019) to permanently allow the sale of alcohol from 3am and to permanently remove the condition requiring any sale of alcohol to be made with a minimum spend ol £5.00 of Non Alcohol products.
