(Footpath 25, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 25 Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, at Rolls Farm, Tollesbury, from its junction with Footpath 32, south east then east then north east for approximately 930 metres along the crest of the tidal embankment The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/08/2020 to 13/11/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to repair the tidal embankment are undertaken. The alternative route will be accessed via the junction with Footpath 32, Tollesbury and will run parallel to Footpath 25 on the north side of the embankment, between the borrowdyke and the landowner's crop field. The Order will come into effect on 03/08/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 520m east of its junction with Park Lane for a distance of approximately 370m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th August 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000WAMK904E01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Barnhall Road, Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Factory Hill, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, Station Road,Whitehouse Hill, Colchester Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 6th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Park Wood Lane, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Wood Lane, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Office Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th August 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000WBKCJT8L05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Office Lane, Plains Road, The Street, School Road, The Green, Park Wood Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23rd July 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(The Street, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 50m north of its junction with Sawyers Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005DL1W00000PTMS266230 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via School Road, The Green, Beckingham Street, Witham Road, The Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23rd July 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
