Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Extension of existing primary school to provide new two-storey teaching block containing 8 classrooms, library, 2 SEN rooms and facilities, with associated parking, landscaping, cycling and scooter provision; new Multi Use Games Area with 2.4m high fence to eastern boundary, together with new pedestrian access to the west at Lawford C Of E Primary School, Long Road, Lawford, CO11 2EF- CC/TEN/81/20 The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Tendring District Local Plan, Adopted 2007, in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Albemarle Street, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Albemarle Street, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Maria Street to its junction with Coke Street a distance of approximately 55m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10/08/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000946567 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Maria Street, Stour Road, Coke Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 31/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gainsborough Drive, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsborough Drive, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Turner Avenue to its junction with Cotman Avenue a distance of approximately 65m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10/08/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM57377923 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Gainsborough Drive, Cotman Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 31/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Douglas Road, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Douglas Road, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring from its junction with The Ridgeway to its junction with Ashley Road, a distance of approximately 115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28/07/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297117- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Ashley Road, Ray Avenue, The Ridgeway and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 17/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
