(Burtons Green Road, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burtons Green Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Parley Beams Road a distance of approximately 590m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/08/2020 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002994 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surface water alleviation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Burtons Green, Parley Beams Road, Crocklands Corner, Crocklands, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 24/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Toldish Hall Road for a distance of approximately 620m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/08/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298076 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Bennetts Road, Oak Road, Church Road, Toldish Hall Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 24/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Abels Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition

of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abels Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Ramsey Road to its junction with White Horse Avenue, a distance of approximately 515m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2257260 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Ramsey Road, Mount Hill White Horse Avenue and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 10/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
