The Council on 5/6/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to to prohibit all vehicular & pedestrian traffic from proceeding on Pedestrian traffic 1.15m of Fp No 56 along the gable of no.2 Backstane Burn 2.15m of Footpath No 56 along the gable of no.18 Priory CI 3.15m of Fp No.56 between no's 11 & 15 Priory CI, 15m of Fp No 56 between no's 83 & 87 Benfieldside Rd. Vehicular traffic 1.10m of Valley Gdns at the access into the Car Park at its southern end 2.20m of Valley Gdns between no's 25 & 26 3.15m of Backstone Burn that extends to the rear of no's 1-3 Highgate Mews 4.135m Backstone Burn that extends from its junc with Cutlers Hall Rd to no. 12 Backstone Burn 5.20m of North Stead Dri that extends northwards from its junc with Queens Dri 6.10m of Cutlers Ave (adj no.2) that extends from its junc with Cutlers Hall Rd 7.15m of Cutlers Ave between no's 14-16 8.19m of Cutlers Ave (adj no.38) that extends southwards from its junc with The Crescent 9.10m length of The Crescent (adj no 20 Derwent Dale) that extends from the junc with A691 Cutlers Hall Rd 10.10m of The Crescent (adj no 1 Derwent Dale and no 1 Riverside) that extends from the junc with A691 Cutlers Hall Rd to enable new telecon duct works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to pedestrian traffic via Backstone Burn and Benfieldside Rd. An alt route will be generally be available locally to vehicular traffic during the road closures. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 17/6/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 weeks with individual closures being required for 3-5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(PROSPECT TERRACE. PLAWSWORTH) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on an approx 35m length of Prospect Tee, Plawsworth from junc with Wheatleywell Lane in a southerly direction to No.l to enable installation of new service works to be undertaken. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8.00am on 29/6/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 10 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(ILLINGWORTH GROVE, WHINNEY HIT J,, DURHAM) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

The Council on 5/6/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 25m of southern access rd leading to Illingworth Grove from its junc with Whinney Hill, Durham to enable new sewer connection works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to vehicular traffic via the northern access into niingworth Grove. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 15/6/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 4 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(EDNA STREET, BOWBURN) (PHASED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

The Council on 5/6/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 32m of Edna St from junc with Durham Rd at side of no 2 Ash Terr to no 2 Edna St (phase 1), and a 10m of Edna St at the side of Bowburn Methodist Church (phase 2) to enable electrical mains installation works to be undertaken. Throughout the closure, entry/egress will be available to Edna St either from Rd junc at side of the church or from Rd junc at side of no 2 Ash Terr. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 15/672020 and are anticipated to be completed in 12 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(IRENE TERRACE. LANGLEY PARK) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

The Council on 4/6/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on approx 20m of Irene Tee, Langley Park between numbers 6 &10 to enable NWL sewer repair works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to vehicular traffic from the northern side of closure westerly on Linden Mews, then southerly on Front St and easterly after 12 Esh Tee to southern side of closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 15/6/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(WYLAM STREET. CRAGHEAD) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on approx 179m of Wylam St, Craghead from the junc with Wagtail Ln north easterly to 64 Wylam St to enable NWL apparatus lining replacement works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure no alt route will be available for vehicular traffic. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 1/7/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days (daily between 8am-5pm) On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
