(PIXLEY DELL. DELVES LANE. CONSETT) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 50m of Pixley Dell north eastwards from Delves Ln to outside no 6 Pixley Dell, Delves Ln, Consett. to enable sewer repair/lining works to be undertaken. An alt route will be avail to vehicular traffic from the south western side of the closure from Delves Ln south easterly, turning northerly onto Greenways and westerly into Pixley Dell to the north eastern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 22/6/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 3 days (between 8am & 4.30pm daily). On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(WITTON STREET, DELVES LANE. CONSETT) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on approx 22m of Witton St, Delves Ln, Consett outside no's 39-40 to enable NWL apparatus repair works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available for vehicular traffic from northern side of closure north easterly at 17 Witton St, then south easterly on Delves Ln, then south westerly on Broadway to southern side of closure and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 22/672020 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days (daily between 8am & 4.30pm). On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(AGED MINERS HOMES, THE MIDDLES. STANLEY) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 The Council on 29/5/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on approx 100m of Aged Miners Homes, The Middles, Stanley from the junc with Woodside Gdns north westerly to enable Northern Powergrid sub-station works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to vehicular traffic from northern side of closure in a southerly direction on Durham Rd and easterly on Woodside Gdns to southern side of closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 11/672020 and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day (between 8am & 4pm). On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.

(DURHAM CITY NORTH EAST) (PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2015 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2020

The Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4,32 & 35 & Pt IV of Sch. 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect being to: 1. To amend the restrictions to no waiting and no loading at any time on: a. both sides of Framwelgate Waterside from Milburngate for 164m b. east side of Framwelgate Waterside from the northside of the south junction of the Milburngate House development northerly for 42m c. both sides of Framwelgate Waterside north of the proposed loading bay situated on the west side next to the Milburngate House Development northerly for 77m d. west side of Framwelgate Waterside northerly for 65m e. both sides of Framwelgate Waterside from a point adjacent to the Radisson Blu southern entrance northerly for 77m f. north west side of Framwelgate Waterside opposite the blue badge holders' bays north easterly for 29m g. both sides of Framwelgate Waterside near the north side of Radisson Blu north easterly for 27m h. north west side of Framwelgate Waterside opposite the pay and display and permit holder bays north easterly for 22m i. both sides of Framwelgate Waterside from the north side of the pay and display and permit holder bays onto Frankland Lane northerly for 83m j. the south side of Sidegate opposite Sidegate Car Park South Easterly direction leading to Framwelgate Waterside for 75m k. The East side of Sidegate leading from Sidegate Car park entrance for 78m 1. The north side of Frankland Lane near the entrance to Crook Hall Farmhouse easterly for 37 metres. 2.To amend the restrictions to Loading Only Bays on: The west side of Framwelgate Waterside 15m north of Leazes Road north side of the bridge, northerly for 42m. 3.1b amend the restrictions to Blue Badge Holders bays on: The south east side of Framwelgate Waterside 9m south of the Radisson Blu Hotel northern entrance south westerly for 29m. 4.To amend the restrictions to Permit Holders (G) or Pay and Display Bays on: The south east side of Framwelgate Waterside 9m north of the Radisson Blu northern entrance north easterly for 22m. 5.To amend the restrictions to Coach Parking (15mins no return within 30mins) on: East side of Framwelgate Waterside opposite to the Milburngate House Development for 65m. All other existing restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged.
