ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - THE HYDE TO WARREN ROAD FOOTPATH 251
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 17th February 2020 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

Close the footpath that runs from The Hyde to
Warren Road.
2. The Order is necessary to allow Council

contractors to undertake essential repairs to
the footpath.
3. Pedestrian access will not be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 24th February

2020 for six months or until such sooner time as the works are completed which is anticipated to be mid-March 2020.
