Take notice that application is being made by:
Redrow Homes Ltd (South East Division) for planning permission to:Proposed amendments to the site layout and appearance of plots 2,6,7,10,15, 26-32 pursuant to planning application Ref: 131604 - Erection of 31 dwellings, creation of a new vehicular access via Park Road and provision of an access road, refuse and bicycle store, landscaping, public open space and groundworks.
Local Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Colchester Borough Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
