Town and Country Planning London Borough of Sutton PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 SECTIONS 69 & 70 NOTICE OF VARIATION TO THE DESIGNATION OF CONSERVATION AREA AT SUTTON TOWN CENTRE The London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice of a variation to the designation of a conservation area at Sutton Town Centre, formerly known as Sutton Town Centre High Street Crossroads, following a decision made by the Council's Housing, Economy and Business Committee on 8 October 2019. The areas included in the Sutton Town Centre Conservation Area is described in Schedules 1 and 2 as they form part of the special architectural or historic interest of that conservation area of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance. Schedule 3 sets out those addresses no longer included as part of the Conservation Area. A Character Appraisal and Management Plan for the Sutton Town Centre Conservation Area, including a map of the conservation area, can be found at
