Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 11/07/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: West End, Worton and Potterne; from its junction with High Street to its junction with Worton Road to enable Ringway to carry out culvert maintenance works and pre works. Alternative route: via Worton Road - Court Hill - A360 - Cheverell Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 16 January 2019 and will now recommence on 24 June 2019 and the closure will be required until 05 July 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Court Street, Sherston; from its junction with Green Lane to its junction

with B4040 High Street; B) High Street (Part), Sherston;

from its junction with Court Street to its junction with B4040 to enable Bristol Water to carry out trunk main renovation works. NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT

MODIFICATION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE

ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL CHIPPENHAM WITHOUT 6 (PART) DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The named order, made on 5th June 2019, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will divert the public footpath at Chippenham Rugby Club, running from OS Grid Reference ST 8974 7413, in a north westerly direction for approximately 94 metres to ST 8969 7421 with a width of 0.3 metres to a new route at OS Grid Reference ST 8974 7413 leading in a northerly direction for approximately 80 metres and then in a westerly direction for approximately 52 metres to ST 8969 7421 having a width of 2 metres. If confirmed the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Communities and Neighbourhood, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.00.
