KENNETH (KEN) AXTON Died peacefully on the 4th December 2011 at Southborough Nursing Home, Surbiton, aged 83. Sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Mortlake Crematorium on Thursday 5th January 2012 at 2.40pm.
