Local businesses attended were invited to the Chartered Institute of Management event at Hampton Football Club in Teddington last week to hear from Saionton Basu of Penningtons to learn about how to consider doing business with India. The presentation covered the macro-level regulatory environment for doing business in India, including discussions on foreign investment regulations, dispute resolution and arbitration mechanisms.
