Newly formed Theatre Company DRAMATIZE, will be starting workshops in the Elmbridge area in April 2012. Regular weekly therapeutic dance, music, drama and performance sessions will be held for young adults age 16 – 40 with special educational needs. Dramatize is the brain child of Karen Bradley who has worked in the theatre industry from a young age and has vast experience in working with young adults with learning difficulties. Karen is passionate in her belief that these sessions will help young adults with special educational needs and disabilities progress through life within the art of theatre and has been tireless in her campaign for funding to enable Dramatize to launch.

On Tuesday 25th October young people will be given the opportunity to raise their issues to MPs about the services to young people. They will be given time and space to talk about they want for themselves in way of youth provision. This is part of the choose youth campaign. Also during the half term week at southville community centre their will be youth drop in sessions from 7pm to 10pm each night. Young people will be able to do t shirt designs, graffiti designs, learn to dj. Also hot food will be on sale. Other trips will be go karting and a day trip on a narrowboat.
