Carers need more support

Carers need to be receiving more support . Trying to get hold of someone so you do receive support is ridiculous as "the person who is dealing with your case is not in at the moment or has now gone home" *on my forth attempt to get hold of someone have now given up. What is the point in having these services in place when you receive no support.

I was so sorry to hear the experiences of the person decrying the lack of services to support carers. We are a charity specifically set up to support carers living in Epsom, Ewell and Banstead. Please contact us, we can help with information, signposting to other organisations, funding and benefits, in addition we organise social events. We have four carer support workers who can visit you at home or meet you in a place of your choosing. Please telephone us on 01372 722269 or visit our website www.carersofepsom.co
