Local Esher woman Rona Wheeldon, who runs her own virtual assistant business The Organised PA (www.theorganisedpa.com), has scooped the prestigious Best Customer Service Award at this year’s National Virtual Assistant Conference & Awards 2010.
Rona, who has been a Virtual Assistant for nearly two years, was given the Award for her outstanding customer service for her clients. She says “I am delighted to have won the award. It means a great deal to me to have achieved recognition for a part of my business for which I feel passionate about. Understanding customer needs and building strong relationships with my clients is very important to me.”
As a virtual assistant, Rona provides administration support for clients leaving them more time to work on revenue-generating activities. She works remotely from her own office in Esher using her own equipment. Her clients include Robyn Hatley, Regional Director of The Athena Network (Borough of Richmond), the business women’s networking group, who says “Rona has been a godsend for my growing business. Besides being highly reliable, efficient and trustworthy, she has proven to be proactive and an excellent ambassador for The Athena Network. I couldn’t run my business so efficiently without her.”
