I am trying to find my brother called Jason Randall, around 35 give or take a few years, son of Robert and Susan Randall. Believe Susan's maiden name may have been Swan.
Both Robert and Susan was in the Royal Navy.
Jason lived in both Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire and Sutton, Surrey. He may have been born in a naval port like Portsmouth.
