Triage centre to treat Kingston binge drinkers

Plans for a triage service to treat binge drinkers on nights out in Kingston town centre have been branded a "sad indictment on society".

I'm with the chap from Unison on this one.
Why should A&E nurses, and peoples money, be wasted on people who can't handle their drink, or know their limits??
It's high time these bingers kicked themselves up the arse, looked in the mirror and realised the misery they cause - shouting in the streets until all hours and urinating in public is just not on!!!
