Letter to the Editor: Trampoline accident victim should sue friend not the NHS
On a recent visit to my daughter & son in laws residence I happened to glance at the Wimbledon Guardian (Toothfully, it still hurts, October 16).
What a shame that Mr D Rigby wishes to sue the NHS.
Surely it is his idiotic, drunken 'friend'.
P. Walsh who should be sued, for causing the formers injury, not the hard pressed NHS.
If Mr Rigby is so concerned about the state of his health I suggest he chooses his friends more carefully and discontinues smoking.
