"Sherbet dibdab": Tolworth Broadway's colourful new look
While I will reserve my judgement on the planned Greenway project until it is completed, I note with interest that the council is already having second thoughts.
A public notice dated September 20 published in the Surrey Comet indicates that some banned right turns off Tolworth Broadway will be introduced “following the removal of the central reservation as part of the Tolworth Greenway project”.
However, another public notice (dated September 13) indicates that the central reservation will become a shared surface for cyclists and pedestrians.
I wonder if Kingston Council’s left hand is fully aware of what the right hand is doing?
