Your local Reigate M&S releases their Christmas Lunch range.

On Wednesday 1st of November, Marks and Spencer’s food hall in Reigate stocked their food on the move shelves with an array of festive themed treats to add some seasonal spirit to your lunch break. The scrumptious sandwiches and divine Christmas snacks last throughout the whole of November and December and can be found in any food hall in the UK.

You will be spoilt for choice and your taste buds will be dancing around the Christmas tree when you get your hands on the new range, which includes: a turkey wrap with Cranberry sauce and a brilliant Brussel slaw, a traditional canape favourite sandwiched between oatmeal bread in the Prawn and smoked Salmon Cocktail Sandwich, nostalgic boxing day tastes in the Ham hock and golden beetroot piccalilli sandwich and for vegetarians the creamy melt in the mouth Brie and Grape with a ruby red port chutney. Christmas has come early and can be found in your Marks and Spencer’s food on the move Isle!

A seasonal selection of snacks can accompany your Christmas lunch, from posh pigs in blankets with an orange and Cranberry dip, a sausage roll stuffed with turkey bacon and Cranberries and crackling crisps. But there is always room for dessert? Mouth-watering mini cheesecake bites and fun festive macaroons in orange, chocolate and salted caramel flavours to curb your festive cravings. Or what about a Christmas pudding smoothie? Made from juicy raisins, apples and warm cinnamon. There is something for everyone.

Will, one of the stores managers told me why people should buy there festive lunch from M&S and why they are unique from any other supermarket. He stated ‘for every festive lunch item brought, 5% of the sale goes to helper shelter, a charity which helps the homeless during the Christmas period; something that Marks and Spencer is devoted too.’ The whole range is glowing with ‘innovation and imagination’ something that cannot be found in any ordinary supermarket.

This year Tom, a section-coordinator at the Reigate store, tells me that his favourite item from the range is the chestnut wrap, as it is the first vegan item in the Christmas food on the move range and it is ‘like having his favourite nut roast on every lunch break leading up to Christmas day’. Marks and Spencer are dedicated to decking everyone’s lunch break with bells and holly, despite their dietary needs; there is even multiple gluten free versions of the festive sandwiches and wraps.

Start your festive celebrations on your next lunch break, weather you’re at work, college or simply just passing by add some Christmas sparkle to your feast.
