Our menu takes you on a journey across the different regions of Indian Subcontinent to present a superb combination of vibrant dishes. The various regions of India provide a wide choice of cooking styles which own chefs have beautifully presented in their unique style to bring out the distinct flavours and fragances of the dish to tantalise the senses.
Karwari Fish Curry
Seasonal fish curry from the west coast of India with an unusual flavour of the spice (Triphal) which is native to that area.
Chicken Chettinard
A delicacy from the South India, prepared with chunks of chicken in a blend of spices tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves and red chillies.
Malvani Lamb Curry
Spicy lamb curry, spiced with a special malvani masala, with fresh coconut, coriander and black peppercorn.
